Eric A. Stookey
Chief Executive Officer
Eric A. Stookey joined OsteoRemedies® in March 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, where he helped develop and execute the company’s strategy to address surgeons’ needs by providing simple solutions to complex orthopedic revision and infection remedies. On July 1, 2026, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and now leads the organization in advancing its mission of improving patients’ lives every day while strengthening OsteoRemedies’ leadership position in orthopedic infection management.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies, Mr. Stookey served as President of the Extremities-Biologics division at Wright Medical Group, Inc. He joined Wright Medical in 1995 and held numerous executive leadership positions over nearly two decades, including Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Vice President of North American Sales, Senior Director of Sales – Central Region, and Director of Marketing for Large Joint Reconstruction Products. He began his orthopedic industry career with DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., where he worked from 1993 to 1995.
Mr. Stookey earned a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities at OsteoRemedies®, Mr. Stookey has served as an independent director for publicly traded SiNtx Technologies and privately held Cartiva, Inc., where he served until Cartiva’s successful acquisition by Wright Medical Group. He has also held numerous leadership roles as a board member and trustee for nonprofit and community organizations.

Jeff Philbrick
Vice President of Sales
Jeff Philbrick joined OsteoRemedies® as the Vice President of Sales in July of 2024 to lead the commercial go to market strategy and sales efforts for the company across all lines. In his role, Jeff will draw from his extensive commercial healthcare background to lead the efforts of the company initiatives including sales, distribution channels, strategy, commercialization, process improvement and sales effectiveness.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Jeff has developed his strong methodology leading companies such as GE Healthcare, Stryker, Smith & Nephew and Acumed. His experience includes commercial excellence, sales leadership, operations, quality six-sigma and strategy with orthopedics, oncology, radiology, cardiology, hardware, software and services.
His commercial leadership will help OsteoRemedies® drive enhanced solutions that will help our customers to treat their patients through difficult procedures to ensure the best outcomes for healthcare providers and health systems.

Martin Ostmann
Vice President, Marketing
Martin Ostmann joined OsteoRemedies® as Vice President of Marketing in December 2022 to lead the market presence of the OsteoRemedies® brand and support our growing portfolio of orthopedic revision and infection solutions. Martin has a passion for partnering with surgeons to deliver on clinical needs within the orthopedic market and brings over 12 years of experience in Orthopedics to the company. Martin started his career in medical device at Smith + Nephew, first in Regulatory Affairs and then over 8 years leading Global Marketing projects in the Trauma and Extremities business. Martin’s expertise is a great supporting asset to the ambitions of OsteoRemedies® as it celebrates its 10th year in business. Mr. Ostmann holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis with focus in Biomedical Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Rachel M. Kennedy
Vice President, Scientific Affairs
Rachel M. Kennedy joined OsteoRemedies® in August 2018. As Vice President of Scientific Affairs, Ms. Kennedy leads our scientific, research and product development operations of the business while providing the necessary technical support for our internal and field sales teams. During her tenure at OsteoRemedies®, Ms. Kennedy has excelled in the position of Scientific Affairs Manager, where she successfully launched multiple antibiotic spacer line extensions. Her drive to design and develop innovative technologies matches with the organization’s vision to provide meaningful and transformative infection remedies.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Rachel spent 3 years with Olympus working in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Research and Development with a focus on biomaterials based medical devices. Her research focused on dissolvable Chitosan based medical devices for use after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS).
Rachel received her Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Biomaterials Engineering from Clemson University. Her thesis was focused on Tissue Engineering in the Laboratory of Orthopaedic Tissue Regeneration & Orthobiologics. She researched a biological solution for Intervertebral Disc Herniation in the form of a decellularized tissue based biomimetic patch for annulus fibrosus tissue regeneration.

Robert C. Lynn
Vice President, Business Intelligence, Customer Service and IT
Robert C. Lynn joined OsteoRemedies® as the Business Intelligence Manager in September 2018 to oversee our enterprise resource planning system and business process improvement. Mr. Lynn will also be responsible for supporting both sales and inventory management with effective reporting and forecasting. His understanding of business processes in the medical device industry and his experience investigating business requirements will support the company’s continued progression. Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Mr. Lynn spent nearly 7 years with Medtronic Spine and Biologics. During his time at Medtronic, he worked in Customer Care supporting the Spine Loaner process before joining a project to develop a field inventory management application reporting to Sales Enablement. Mr. Lynn ended his time with Medtronic as an IT Business Systems Analyst. Mr. Lynn earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee.

Katie Taylor
Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Katie Taylor joined OsteoRemedies® as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting in March of 2023 to lead the organization’s Finance & Accounting department. In her role, Katie establishes the financial objectives for the organization alongside top management. She also ensures all finance and accounting procedures are completed efficiently, effectively, and with exceptional quality. She is a key driver of process improvement within the organization with an eye to the company’s continued growth.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Katie worked for 4 years at Deloitte, LLP as an Advisory professional, evaluating internal control for business process and information technology. She later worked for 1 year in the Healthcare industry as a Director of Human Resources, Marketing, and Training. She then worked for 5 years in the Private Accounting sector as Financial Controller within the scaffolding industry.
Katie is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of Tennessee and is an active member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration, Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama.

Dan Canon
Vice President of Operations
Dan Canon joined OsteoRemedies® in 2025 as Global Vice President of Operations, leading operational strategy, supply chain execution, manufacturing coordination, and integration across the broader Demetra organization.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Mr. Canon was a founding executive and Vice President of Operations and Product Realization at Next Science. He helped build the company’s manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product realization capabilities, transitioned multiple biotechnology products from laboratory concepts to commercial production, and supported the company through its initial public offering.
He previously held senior engineering and operational leadership roles at Medtronic Surgical Technologies, where he led teams responsible for systems engineering, production quality, reliability, product safety, and acquisition integration. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and program leadership positions with Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and General Electric.
He began his career as an officer in the United States Army, leading military and civilian organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Engineering in Materials and Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Throughout his career, Mr. Canon has focused on translating complex technologies into reliable, scalable, and sustainable operations.
