Chris Hughes
President & CEO
Chris Hughes founded OsteoRemedies®, LLC in September 2013. As President & CEO, he has led the company with a vision to be the premier choice for surgeons by providing simple solutions to complex disorders focused on revision and infection remedies. Chris has held various leadership roles throughout his career starting with 4 years’ active duty as Captain, in the United States Army. Since 1993, he has been in the medical device industry in sales, marketing, business development and executive management. Chris held many executive roles at Medtronic Spine & Biologics before his tenure as President of Paradigm Spine, LLC and then President of CMS, LLC, a medical device distribution entity. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Tampa and Masters of Business Administration degree from Chaminade University. Chris furthered his Executive Education by attending courses at The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Over his career, Chris has held several appointments as board member and volunteer, including Co-Chair of the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation of New York City and Board Chairman of One Family Memphis / Memphis Rox.

Eric A. Stookey
Chief Operating Officer
Eric A. Stookey joined OsteoRemedies® as the Chief Operating Officer in March of 2015 to assist the organization in further developing and executing a strategy to address surgeons’ needs by providing simple solutions to complex disorders for revision and infection remedies.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Mr. Stookey most recently served as the President of the Extremities-Biologics division at Wright Medical Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:WMGI) until 2014. Mr. Stookey served in various other marketing and sales positions at Wright Medical Group, Inc. since 1995, including the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Vice President North American Sales, Senior Director of Sales – Central Region, and Director of Marketing for Large Joint Reconstruction Products. He also worked for DePuy Orthopedics, Inc. from 1993 to 1995.
Mr. Stookey earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from Christian Brothers University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Indiana University School of Business. In addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Stookey continues to serve as an independent member of the Board of Directors for SiNtx Technologies, Salt Lake City, UT (Nasdaq: SINT) and previously served for Cartiva, Inc., Alpharetta, GA, until the successful acquisition of the business by Wright Medical Group, Inc in 2018.

Jeff Philbrick
Vice President of Sales
Jeff Philbrick joined OsteoRemedies® as the Vice President of Sales in July of 2024 to lead the commercial go to market strategy and sales efforts for the company across all lines. In his role, Jeff will draw from his extensive commercial healthcare background to lead the efforts of the company initiatives including sales, distribution channels, strategy, commercialization, process improvement and sales effectiveness.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Jeff has developed his strong methodology leading companies such as GE Healthcare, Stryker, Smith & Nephew and Acumed. His experience includes commercial excellence, sales leadership, operations, quality six-sigma and strategy with orthopedics, oncology, radiology, cardiology, hardware, software and services.
His commercial leadership will help OsteoRemedies® drive enhanced solutions that will help our customers to treat their patients through difficult procedures to ensure the best outcomes for healthcare providers and health systems.

Martin Ostmann
Director of Marketing
Martin Ostmann joined OsteoRemedies® as Director of Marketing in December 2022 to lead the market presence of the OsteoRemedies® brand and support our growing portfolio of orthopedic revision and infection solutions. Martin has a passion for partnering with surgeons to deliver on clinical needs within the orthopedic market and brings over 12 years of experience in Orthopedics to the company. Martin started his career in medical device at Smith + Nephew, first in Regulatory Affairs and then over 8 years leading Global Marketing projects in the Trauma and Extremities business. Martin’s expertise is a great supporting asset to the ambitions of OsteoRemedies® as it celebrates its 10th year in business. Mr. Ostmann holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis with focus in Biomedical Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Rachel M. Kennedy

Rachel M. Kennedy joined OsteoRemedies® in August 2018. As Director of Scientific Affairs, Ms. Kennedy leads our scientific, research and product development operations of the business while providing the necessary technical support for our internal and field sales teams. During her tenure at OsteoRemedies®, Ms. Kennedy has excelled in the position of Scientific Affairs Manager, where she successfully launched multiple antibiotic spacer line extensions. Her drive to design and develop innovative technologies matches with the organization’s vision to provide meaningful and transformative infection remedies.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Rachel spent 3 years with Olympus working in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Research and Development with a focus on biomaterials based medical devices. Her research focused on dissolvable Chitosan based medical devices for use after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS).
Rachel received her Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Biomaterials Engineering from Clemson University. Her thesis was focused on Tissue Engineering in the Laboratory of Orthopaedic Tissue Regeneration & Orthobiologics. She researched a biological solution for Intervertebral Disc Herniation in the form of a decellularized tissue based biomimetic patch for annulus fibrosus tissue regeneration.

Robert C. Lynn joined OsteoRemedies® as the Business Intelligence Manager in September 2018 to oversee our enterprise resource planning system and business process improvement. Mr. Lynn will also be responsible for supporting both sales and inventory management with effective reporting and forecasting. His understanding of business processes in the medical device industry and his experience investigating business requirements will support the company’s continued progression. Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Mr. Lynn spent nearly 7 years with Medtronic Spine and Biologics. During his time at Medtronic, he worked in Customer Care supporting the Spine Loaner process before joining a project to develop a field inventory management application reporting to Sales Enablement. Mr. Lynn ended his time with Medtronic as an IT Business Systems Analyst. Mr. Lynn earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee.

Katie Taylor
Financial Controller
Katie Taylor joined OsteoRemedies® as the Financial Controller in March of 2023 to lead the organization’s Finance & Accounting department. In her role, Katie establishes the financial objectives for the organization alongside top management. She also ensures all finance and accounting procedures are completed efficiently, effectively, and with exceptional quality. She is a key driver of process improvement within the organization with an eye to the company’s continued growth.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Katie worked for 4 years at Deloitte, LLP as an Advisory professional, evaluating internal control for business process and information technology. She later worked for 1 year in the Healthcare industry as a Director of Human Resources, Marketing, and Training. She then worked for 5 years in the Private Accounting sector as Financial Controller within the scaffolding industry.
Katie is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of Tennessee and is an active member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration, Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama.

Joe Grifone joined OsteoRemedies® in February 2014. He is responsible for Customer Service Operations at OsteoRemedies®. He has 18 years of experience in Customer Service Operations in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Osteoremedies®, he spent 7 years in medical device as Customer Service Manager with Paradigm Spine in New York City. He also spent 8 years with Zimmer Spine (formerly Endius) in the same role, working in Plainville, MA.
Prior to his experience in the medical device sector, Mr. Grifone worked as Director of Operations for Mediq Mobile X-Ray & EKG in Westwood, MA for 8 years.
Mr. Grifone worked in various roles for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New England in Needham, MA for 16 years, including District Manager.

Jill L. Orsatti

Jill L. Orsatti joined OsteoRemedies in September of 2023 as Director of Sales, Biologics. As Director of Sales, Ms. Orsatti will focus on leading and expanding distribution channels and creating new vertical markets within the biologics sector.
Ms. Orsatti’s experience encompasses sales leadership within the orthopedic and spinal sectors for more than 20 years. She has led teams for Stryker Orthopedics, Medtronic Spine and Biologics, Zimmer/Biomet and was most recently a Regional Sales Manager at Biocomposites for 9 years and VP of Sales and Marketing for Alyve Medical.
Ms. Orsatti has earned a post-graduate certification in Disruptive Strategy, Sustainable Strategy and Negotiation from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Arts in Biologic Science from Rosemont College, Rosemont, Pennsylvania.

Paul R. Arbogast joined OsteoRemedies® as the Field Sales Manager in December of 2022 to support the growth of OsteoRemedies® product lines. Mr. Arbogast will utilize his past medical device experience and industry knowledge in spine, trauma & orthopedics to further support the in-field sales teams, surgeons, and other customers of OsteoRemedies®.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Mr. Arbogast spent 15 years in the medical device industry as a Sales Consultant for the Depuy Synthes Trauma & Extremities division & Stryker’s Spine & Ortho/Trauma division. Working with these companies allowed Mr. Arbogast to gain a strong understanding of a surgeon’s needs across multiple specialties as well as building, developing, and maintaining industry relationships.

Conner McCay joined OsteoRemedies® in March 2024 in the role of Product Manager, overseeing the development, marketing, and management of the growing OsteoRemedies®’ portfolio. Conner has over 7 years of sales and marketing experience in the orthopedic industry. He started his career at Smith + Nephew, holding positions of Global Product Manager, US Commercial Marketing Manager, and Sales Representative in the Trauma and Extremities business.
Conner’s depth of background in orthopedics equips him to lead short- and long-term tactical plans in areas of brand management, product marketing, product launches, field training, promotional initiatives, and product life cycle management. His dedication to commercial excellence and strategic execution are valuable keys to the continued success of OsteoRemedies®. Conner holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Arkansas.

Eric C. Matthews joined OsteoRemedies® as an R&D Engineer in August 2022 with the goal to expand upon the solutions available for revision and infection remedies. Eric has a strong passion for improving patient’s lives through product development that matches well with the organization’s mission to provide meaningful solutions to patients.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He completed an R&D co-op with Enovis (DJO) in the Advanced Technologies group with a focus on human clinical trials. He is committed to his ongoing learning and development through continuing education and attending industry meetings.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Eric worked as a Project Engineer at b-One Orthopedics and Development Engineer at Zimmer Biomet. He has accumulated 4 years of experience in total joint reconstruction and is excited to use that knowledge to expand upon the product portfolio of OsteoRemedies®.

Stephen Rachman joined OsteoRemedies® as Field Sales Specialist in August of 2024 to support the growth of OsteoRemedies® products in the Southeast. Mr. Rachman will utilize over 10 years of experience in orthopedic medical device and biologics to support our sales teams, surgeons and customers in the Southeast.
Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Mr. Rachman has developed a strong understanding of the orthopedics industry working for Orthofix, Biocomposites and Ossio. A strong record of success working with these companies where Stephen developed a keen appreciation for working in a complex orthopedic segment. Always prioritizing the needs of his customers to deliver solutions that enhance the patient’s experience and outcomes.

Courtney Miller joined OsteoRemedies® in October 2022. She began her medical device career in 2010 as an accounting assistant, taking on more responsibility over the years, and continued her growth with roles such as lead for customer collections as well as sales support. With additional cross training and various supporting roles and dedication to the industry, her customer first focus has allowed her to build a strong rapport with customers, colleagues, and company leadership teams. As the Operations Specialist, Mrs. Miller will be supporting finance, business intelligence, customer service and the executive management team.

During her 15-year career, Elisabeth Ramsey has worked in the legal sector with local and regional law firms while directly serving attorneys, their staff and clients. Relying on her formal education and given her professional experience in the healthcare field, Elisabeth’s work focus for OsteoRemedies® is on contract audits & regulatory compliance but with ever-expanding duties and responsibilities that are complementary to the company’s continued growth and needs of its customers. She began assisting OsteoRemedies® as a legal consultant in March of 2019 before taking the role of Legal and Administrative Specialist in October of 2019. Elisabeth’s effort to create and provide beneficial solutions to frequent business challenges, her attention to detail with contractual matters and overall positive attitude makes Elisabeth a great addition to the OsteoRemedies® team.

Wyndynne Accardi joined OsteoRemedies® as a Customer Service Specialist in April of 2019. She is responsible for providing support to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner, while also supporting our sales/marketing and inventory management teams. Her understanding of business processes in the medical device industry, as well as, her experience with identifying/implementing both operational and systematic efficiencies will support the company’s continued progression. Prior to joining OsteoRemedies®, Ms. Accardi, spent 11 years with NuVasive, Inc, where she worked in Customer Service supporting the Loaner process before becoming a Team Lead for the Surgery Fulfillment team, and ultimately in a role of Business Process Analyst. Ms. Accardi earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
